Effective and transparent communication lies at the heart of our team’s success. That is why we place an important value on offering several forums in which our team members can exchange news and ideas regularly. 

In our weekly company meeting, all employees come together to share project challenges, successes and general high or low lights of the past week. In addition, we meet quarterly for an extended company meeting day where we provide the colleagues with project and arconsis updates and also intensively work on different topics together.

Our drive to exchange ideas is also exemplified by our weekly Brown Bag sessions. Here, team members have the floor to prepare and present topics and insights on everything from current IT trends to innovative problem-solving approaches. Beyond office hours, we are happy to host Meetups, internal gaming nights or other innovative ideas proposed by our team. 

Communication is not just a means to an end to us. It Is the cornerstone of our culture and key to our collaboration.
